El Estrés escolar en la Infancia: Una reflexión Teórica

Resumen
 En el presente artÃculo se muestran los resultados producto de la revisión bibliográfica realizada en 4 bases de datos: Scielo, Science Direct, Dialnet y Redalyc entre los años 2012-2017. El objetivo fue analizar el tema del estrés escolar en niños y niñas en edades comprendidas entre los 8 y 12 años. Se seleccionaron 77 referencias bibliográficas, para posteriormente examinar los artÃculos que cumplÃan los criterios de inclusión (niños y niñas en edad entre los 8 y 12 años, idioma español, estrés en contextos educativos y fecha de publicación). Se concluyó que las caracterÃsticas identificadas en cuanto al estrés escolar, son factibles de ser prevenibles, y el identificar los factores estresores durante la infancia, permite implementar acciones preventivas. A su vez, se evidenció ha sido tema investigativo a nivel mundial desde perspectivas clÃnicas o psicológicas, en poblaciones adultas y de adolescentes, siendo poco estudiado especÃficamente en educación infantil y contextos educativos.Â

Abstract
Below are the results of the bibliographic review carried out in 4 databases: Scielo, Science Direct, Dialnet y Redalyc between 2012 and 2017. The objective was to analyze the topic of academic stress in children aged 8 to 12 years. A selection of 77 bibliographical references was initially made in order to later analyze the articles that met the inclusion criteria (boys and girls with ages ranging between 8 and 12 years, Spanish-speaking, related to stress within educational contexts and date of publication) It was concluded that the characteristics identified in terms of school stress, are feasible to be preventable, and the identification of stressors during childhood, allows to implement preventive actions. At the same time, it was evidenced as a global research topic from clinical or psychological perspectives, in adult and adolescent populations, being little studied specifically in childhood education and educational contexts.

No presente artigo mostramos os resultados produto da revisão bibliográfica realizada com 4 bases de dados: Scielo, Science Direct, Dialnet y Redalyc entre os anos 2012-2017.O objetivo foi analisar o tema do estres escolar em meninos e meninas em idades compreendidas entre 8 e 12 anos. Se selecionaram 77 referencias bibliográficas, para posteriormente examinar os artigos que cumpriam os critérios de inclusão (meninos e meninas em idade entre 8 e 12 anos, idioma espanhol, estres em contextos educativos e data de publicação). Concluiu-se que as caracterÃsticas identificadas com relação ao estres escolar, são factÃveis de ser prevenidos, e o identificar os factores estressores durante a infância, permite implementar ações preventivas. Por sua vez, evidenciou-se tema investigativo a nÃvel mundial desde perspectivas clÃnicas ou psicológicas, em populações adultas e de adolescentes, sendo pouco estudado especificamente em educação infantil e contextos educativos.Â
