Adaptacion de la behavioural assessment of the dysexecutive syndrome (bads). valores poblacionales de referencia en argentina
Abstract
R E S U M E NÂ

The Behavioural Assesment of Dysexecutive Syndrome (BADS) was translated and adapted by Quejereta et al. in the year 2015. This adaptation did not have representative standardized scores for the local population. The main goal in this study was to present local population values for the use of BADS in a clinical population with comparable educational and cultural levels. 174 healthy participants (control) were evaluated, with 55.7% (N=97) female and 44.3% (N=77) male cases. After logistic regression analysis and ANOVA of the data, mean values and standard deviations were established as a function of gender, age, and educational level. The constructions of normative data for neuropsychological tests is of great interest for clinical practices, because it can be used to evaluate the degree of dysfunction or damage of a neurocognitive construct, weather it is in a neurological injury or because of failures of the cognitive function in psychiatric or functional disorders.
Keywords: BADS, normative data, neurocognitive tests, dysexecutive sÃndrome.
